Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Assistant Level 3 to join a healthcare team. As a Healthcare Assistant Level 3, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of the individuals entrusted to our care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Observing clients’ health conditions and reporting to the nursing staff.
- Assisting with medical treatments and administering medications in accordance with protocols.
- Creating a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Offering psychosocial support and guidance to clients and their families.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Healthcare Assistant qualification.
- Demonstrable experience in elderly care or similar healthcare settings.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Empathy and respect for the needs of clients.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
